One Found Sound is focused on our mission of creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive space, and developing and implementing systems for being conscious of bias during the hiring, promoting, and evaluation process of our leadership, musicians, and board of directors.

Ideal candidates are comfortable performing in a wide range of musical styles and genres in casual and non-traditional performance spaces, and who thrive in open and collaborative rehearsal environments. Candidates should be comfortable performing both within a section and as a section leader. 

OFS presents six concerts per season. Our core roster of musicians is made up of professionals from around the Bay Area and the United States who perform with a range of organizations including large and regional orchestras, professional chamber music ensembles, and non-classical bands and musical groups in the Bay Area.
